Yesterday did not start off well for me. On my way back from grabbing lunch I was pulled over for expired registration. Thankfully, the police officer let me go with a warning and a promise to take care of it ASAP, but it still was an unsettling feeling.
My crabby mood was changed by the delivery of two dozen beautiful roses to my house just 30 minutes later. My mood went from crabby to thrilled in a matter of seconds.
They're just starting to open today, and the colors are just stunning. What a lovely treat.
